	Kesha, ‘Take It Off’ — New Song

Kesha’s new song, ‘Take It Off,’ cements her status as one of the most electrifying dance artists today. With its thumping opening, electro-infused beat and furious crescendos, the dance single is all but guaranteed to be a staple at clubs everywhere this summer. And when Kesha talks about a “place I know,” where “they go hardcore and there’s glitter on the floor” in the style of a six-grade camp ditty, it’s hard for anyone to not feel the urge to just take it off. ‘Take It Off’ is the hyper-kinetic singer’s latest single off her smash hit album, ‘Animal,’ which was unleashed in January. Much like the rest of the album, this new song is simply made for the dance floor. And, much like Kesha herself, the track seems to embody relentless, carefree hedonism at its best. 	Ke$ha’s dance party to aid victims of Nashville flood

Since her album debuted at No. 1 in January, pop superstar and Nashville resident Ke$ha has spent much of this year basking in global fame. But tonight, she gets to put the focus back on rebuilding her hometown. She’s headlining her own Nashville flood relief concert at Limelight Nashville tonight, with 100 percent of profits going to help flood victims. “I’m really in the position finally to help in a big way, which is to me one of the biggest upsides of the whole fame thing,” Ke$ha told The Tennessean Tuesday afternoon. “Really, the only part of celebrity culture I take seriously is the fact that I am going to get to reach a lot of people about something this serious, that a lot of people need to be aware of.” She says the tone of tonight’s show will be slightly different than the one she’ll be bringing on tour with Rihanna this summer. She’ll be including songs of hers that she’s most proud of, those she thinks are “maybe a little bit more serious.” Related Ke$ha “It’s still going to be a dance party, but I am very aware of why I’m playing it, so I’m not going to act like too much of a crazy idiot.” Ke$ha’s flood benefit concert starts today at 7 p.m. at Limelight Nashville (201 Woodland St., 780-3099). 	Ke$ha sued for $14M by ex-managers

Pop star KE$HA is fighting a $14 million lawsuit from her former managers amid allegations she failed to honour a commission deal for helping her land a major recording contract. Bosses at DAS Communications Inc. claim the singer signed a contract in 2006 agreeing to pay the New York-based firm 20 per cent of her earnings if they secured her a big music deal. According to legal papers filed in New York on Wednesday, she was allowed to terminate their business relationship if they failed to do so within a year. The managers struggled to fulfil their side of the deal but Ke$ha reportedly dismissed the deadline and continued to work with DAS. In 2008, executives set up a deal with Warner Bros. Records – but Ke$ha’s songwriter/producer pal Dr. Luke allegedly halted the negotiations and “induced, intimidated and convinced” the singer to fire DAS as her representatives in September that year. Ke$ha eventually signed to RCA/Jive Label Group and shot to fame with her hit single TiK ToK. Her debut album, Animal, was co-produced by Dr. Luke and released in January. He has also been named in the lawsuit and DAS bosses are seeking $12 million from the music guru himself, reports the Associated Press. However, Ke$ha’s lawyer, Charles Ortner, has hit back at the legal action, insisting the star was fully within her legal rights when she cut ties with DAS, which is run by David Sonenberg. He says, “This lawsuit seeks to require her to pay him commissions on her RCA/Jive record deal that he (Sonenberg) had nothing to do with, long after she terminated him in writing.” Source: here. Hello everyone the new & improved Ke$haLove is finally in progress as I a new staff member “Owen” will be updating daily! Along with this very great news of more & more updates I will be hosting (The Animal 2010 Fanbook). The book will be given to Ke$ha personally on August 21st, 2010 at Hershey, PA. We are looking for fan letters, photos of you with Ke$ha related stuff, fanart, and almost anything related to K$. I will also need people to help create art for the book.
