Ke$ha has revealed that she felt “bad” for knocking Susan Boyle off the top of the US album chart earlier this month. The singer, who made it to number one with debut album Animal, claimed that Boyle’s I Dreamed A Dream enjoyed a healthy stint at the helm of the Billboard 200. “I feel kind of bad, but Susan had six weeks at number one. That’s a really long time,” she told The Sun. Ke$ha’s Animal was toppled from peak position after one week by Vampire Weekend, whose second album Contra shifted 124,000 copies in its first week of release. |
